About Dr. Surendra Vedpathak
Dr. Surendra Vedpathak MD and PhD (Panchakarma ) from Tilak Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Pune affiliated to Savitribai Phule University , Pune. He was practicing Ayurveda since 10th February 1993 and worked as Head of the Department in Panchakarma department at the National Institute of Ayurveda (NIA), Jaipur (Rajasthan), which is an autonomus institute of AYUSH, Govt. of India, New Delhi.
He had a very good opportunity to run a biggest Panchakarma Department of the nation which has been established by the contribution of Vaidya late Radheshamji Sharma, former Vice- Chancellor of DRSSRAU, Jodhpur.(Rajasthan).
Before that Dr. Surendra Vedpathak was working in Bharati Vidyapeeths, College of Ayurved, Pune (Maharahtra).
Bharati Vidyapeeth is situated in the South East area of Pune city, Where Dr. Surendra Vedpathak has established Keraliya Panchakarma treatments under the guidence of his Guru Dr. Setumadhavan Menon, Thrisshur (Kerala), who is familiar of Vaidyaratnam base. So, Dr. Surendra Vedpathak is well known about Vaidyaratnam based kerala medicines and Panchakarma treatments.
Dr. Surendra Vedpathak guided 13 PhD and 40 MD sudents of Panchakarma and Kayachikitsa subjects.
Dr. Surendra Vedpathak has done renewed work for 43 National and International
Journals, and he was Principal investigator for 5 Government funding Reaserch projects.
In his personal practice has succesfully treated Psoriasis, Acne, Muscular skeletal disorders, Sciatica, Lumbar and Cervical Spondylosis , Paraslysis, Migraine and Common Cold, etc. Dr.Surendra Vedpathak have total 30 years experience in Clinical, Research and teaching.
For all this experiences and contribution towards Ayurveda he was invited
by the President of India for round table conference.
